Admission Process
Our admission process at Alpha Higher Secondary School is simple, parent-guided, and student-focused. From the initial enquiry to final acceptance, each stage is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent enrollment experience for families, with document verification and school approval forming the final steps.
1. Admission Enquiry
Parent/guardian contacts the school for admission information and class availability.
2. Student Introduction
The new pupil must be introduced by the parent or guardian, who is responsible for the child’s conduct and behaviour.
3. Document Submission
Submit the birth certificate; if the student is transferring from another school, attach a bonafide Transfer Certificate from a recognized school with the admission form.
4. Application Review
The school reviews the admission form and documents submitted by the parent or guardian.
5. Principal / School Approval
Admission-related communication and approval are handled through the principal or school office.
6. Final Acceptance
Once approved, the student is enrolled and expected to follow the school’s uniform, discipline, and attendance rules.
